BI-170 Homework Assignments
Below is a list of homework assignments. You
are to choose 5 of them to do. Each is worth 20 points.
You MUST do the bulletin board posting assignment.
Choose 4 from the rest of the list.
Be sure to read the instructions for each
assignment carefully. Be sure to follow those instructions
carefully. All homework assignments are due by 5:00 p.m. the last
day of class (May 14).

- Challenge Questions - Evolution - Answer the listed Challenge Questions in
Campbell.
- Challenge Questions - Ecology - Answer the listed Challenge Questions in
Campbell.
- Food Webs -
Obtain supermarket prices for food at different trophic
levels.
- A Day in the Life - Describe how the ecosystem has affected your
life for a 24 hr. period.
- Thought Questions - Answer 2 questions for thought in depth.
- Bean activity - Answer the listed questions which relate to
the predator/prey demonstration done with beans.
Extra Credit
- Seminar - Attend and write-up one of the announced seminars
- Article - Find
and relate article to BI-170
